Laurence Rinehart
Co-Founder & Consultant,
Began his cooking career in the United States Navy. Upon leaving the service, he moved to New York City and worked in a series of establishments including breakfast, lunch, fine dining and night club environments. When the call of California lured him West in the mid-seventies, his career went on to include chef/owner of The Restaurant Carlsbad and chef/owner of Rinehart & Co. in Encinitas, eventually leading to the opening of TK&A. |

Mark Vogel
Event Coordinator,
Joined TK&A in 1998, bringing nearly two decades of catering experience and expertise in every aspect of event planning. Along with attention to detail, creativity and artistic flair, his high standard of professionalism provides the tools to plan corporate functions, sporting events, upscale social events and weddings from 50 to 4500. He has worked with many of San Diego's premier Destination Management Companies, as well as San Diego's leading event designers. |

Justin Fitzgerald
Event Coordinator,
Began his partnership with TK&A in 2000. He brought his experience, ambition, and success in entertainment, event production and catering from the cities of Los Angeles and New Orleans to San Diego. Justin has spent the last decade honing his logistical strengths and improving his knowledge of catering design and event development by working on cruise ships, in restaurants and now in San Diego's corporate and social event industry. TK&A Custom Catering welcomes Justin's enthusiasm and dedication to creating memorable occasions for our clients. |

With a passion for food and enthusiasm for planning perfect events, Jessica took her Bachelor's Degree in Communications from San Diego State University and joined TK&A in 2006. Handling each event with such care and attention to detail, Jessica strives to make them unique and unforgettable to her clients. Having experience in both the restaurant and catering industry Jessica enjoys the intensity, creativity, and details of planning not just events, but memorable experiences. |

After earning a B.A. in Communications with Emphasis in Public Relations from San Diego State University, Lauren began her career in the consumer-product marketing field, focusing on development of wholesale foods. Driven by her passion for food, today she strives to create memorable events with unique and distinctive elements. Paying close attention to detail and using her innate knack for customer service, Lauren works to create unforgettable events that will be reminisced about for years to come. |

Leslie Brodsky
Event Coordinator,
Leslie joins TK&A Custom Catering with a specialty for planning personalized, innovative and detailed events. Leslie takes a personal approach with each event. Whether it is helping clients plan a custom menu or meeting with vendors to pick out matching china, glassware and linen, Leslie is full of ways to design events that everyone will remember for a lifetime. Having spent several years working in Richmond, VA planning events for teens and families, Leslie figured out that her true passion was food and event planning. Leslie then worked as a Corporate Event Planner for Capital One before joining TK&A in 2007. Leslie is excited to bring both Catering and Events in San Diego to a whole new level. |
